This section explains the purpose of this Privacy Policy and why we need it.
What Data Do We Collect
We only collect information from you that you are willing to share and that is required so that we can provide you with the best service. This includes basic information we need to work with you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, and also other information which helps us tailor the services to meet your needs. We will keep a copy of signed terms and conditions and a use of photo’s consent form. We also use a telephone enquiry form where we record basic information about your needs, this will be scanned and stored securely on a password protected, 2 stage log in, cloud storage account.
How We Use Your Data
We only use your data for the purpose of providing the Service. The Co-Director of Staged by Elise will have access to your name and address, only for the purpose of health and safety in the case of lone working. They will only have access to this for the duration of each session and it will not be shared with any third party. Your information is never shared with anyone without your express consent and absolute agreement. This may only be overridden in your (or my) vital interests or in the public interest, or in certain circumstances where the customer lacks mental capacity to make a decision about the sharing of information itself, or the information that may need to be shared it may be done in their best interests. If a third party is funding your service, I will give progress updates and will include photographs only with your express agreement.
Storage of Your Data
Your contact information is stored in an email account linked to this website, it will be deleted at your request, or up to 2 years after our final contact. Your telephone number is stored on a password protected mobile phone database and will be deleted at your request, or up to 2 years after our final session. Signed terms and conditions will be scanned and stored in a password protected cloud storage, or as a paper copy in a locked filing system. Photographs will be offered to help catalogue our progress, you are welcome to:
· decline this part of the service
· request that photo’s are deleted immediately
· only shared with the 3rd party funder
· agree that they can be anonymised and used in marketing and social media.
How We Communicate with You
We want to stay in touch with our clients for the duration of the time we are working together. This includes text/ email/ calls for various reasons such as to confirm appointments, offer dates, offer short notice appointments due to a cancellation, any changes to the booked appointment or as a reminder of a booked appointment.
